Baylor Scott & White Health Director Digital and Consumer Analytics in Dallas, Texas
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking someone who is a thought leader in consumer analytics, knows the best practices and is ready to bring their expertise to healthcare. Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Data and Analytics, the Director, Digital & Consumer Analytics will lead analytics focused on identifying the strategies and solutions to support our growing Consumer and Digital Health efforts. This leader will leverage a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies to produce innovative research reports and actionable insights. They will provide strategic research, integrating clinical and financial data with online behavioral analytics, social and traditional media influencer analysis, media trend identification, and target audience insights. This role will participate closely with executive level business, clinical, marketing, and digital leadership within Baylor Scott & White to create a comprehensive measurement framework of data collection, report generation, and published results which provide actionable insights.
Developing and delivering an innovative person-centric consumer analytics strategy for the enterprise focused on core consumer measures which define success for data acquisition, analytics and presentation to support the consumer journey across our system
Managing, organizing and presenting consumer and digital analytics insights and recommendations that drive action
Creating analytic strategies and solutions using consumer data developing and delivering both regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to help drive decision-making
Participating in workgroups as assigned, providing multi-channel analytics data and insights to inform and optimize initiatives
Establishing key metrics and KPIs in consultation with internal and external stakeholders, advising on strategies and data solutions
Deliver solutions using best practices and latest trends in marketing, consumer and web analytics, including SEO, CRM, digital content and campaign management
Collaborating closely to other analytic domains within Enterprise Data and Analytics as appropriate
Drive the requirements, definitions and governance strategies ensuring appropriate and accurate tracking and measurement

This is a senior role requiring extensive experience in consumer, marketing and digital analytics.
Strong analytical skills – experience collecting and analyzing data, making recommendations for improvements, changes, new initiatives. Must be able to analyze information at both a macro level and a more detailed level and make strategic recommendations
5-10 years of experience in a consumer analytics role using consumer and digital experience software, visualization tools (PowerBI), cloud data management and API knowledge (Azure, Snowflake)
Experience with an A/B, multivariate testing and personalization tools
Strong skills in creating effective dashboards and reporting with analysis on key metrics to both operational teams and to leadership that drives change
Strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must be able to present technical and non-technical information to both senior management and peers in a clear, concise manner.
Exceptional presentation skills, including proven success with executive presentations that requires taking complex data sets, and boiling down into meaningful and understandable insights and recommendations
Strong decision-making skills and the willingness to take initiative and responsibility for decisions
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at one time
Healthcare experience preferred but not required
